今天在做Web 项目的时候,遇到了这个问题，com.sun.jersey.api.container.ContainerException: The ResourceConfig instance does not contain any root resource classes.查阅了资料才知道原来是由于web.xml初始化的时候，就有了一个初始的servlet和ser
