报错：com.sun.jersey.api.container.ContainerException: The ResourceConfig instance does not contain any
错误信息如下： 原因： 我使用向导新建WEB项目后，只写了一个html文档，未创建任何类，直接运行tomcat报错。因为使用向导创建web工程时，会自动在 web.xml文件中生成了一个JAX-RS Servlet，启动tomcat时由于未创建JAX-RS Servlet 导致报错，所以注释掉重启tomcat即可：
