com.sun.jersey.api.container.ContainerException: The ResourceConfig instance
首先这个问题是新建项目运行在tomcat上时发生的，并且index.jsp能够正常显示，错误日志以下：web 字面意思上并不能定位到出错点，我看见了jersey这个字眼，好像在哪见过。tomcat 没错，就是这，这是新建项目下WEB-INF下的web.xml自动生成的东西，并且<description/>标签说不能修改，我试着删除了蓝色的部分，再次从新启动tomcat，结果，没有异常了！框架 好奇
