IDEA：Application Server was not connected before run configuration stop, reason:Unable to ping serve

IDEA在配置完tomcat和jdk后，启动tomcat报错： Application Server was not connected before run configuration stop, reason:  Unable to ping server at localhost:1099 查了一下，主要有这几种情况： 1.jdk环境变量没有配置 2.idea里tomcat没有配置jdk 3
