修复移动硬盘中的MAC分区 没法在os中识别

背景：

（第二块，第一块碰到这个问题 直接让朋友换了一个新的给我）有块1T的硬盘，600G mac分区（加密 设置了访问密码），400G win ntfs 格式分区

mac主要用来作time machine的备份，和放一些重要资料。。

在某一天mac下的分区 没法被识别，觉得是硬盘坏了，试了各类软件无果
