新建项目时在scan file to index时卡死 原因：是因为node-modules文件夹中文件过多造成的 解决办法：在新建项目时将node-modules这个文件夹排除 如果上面办法不行，就将node-modules中的文件先拷贝出来，等项目建好后，右键文件夹，Mark Directory as excluded就可以 更换主题 打开 http://www.phpstorm-themes
