使用GREAT对peak进行功能注释

欢迎关注”生信修炼手册”! GREAT是一款peak区间进行基因注释的工具，除了给出peak对应的基因外，还集成了多种基因的功能分析，网址如下 http://great.stanford.edu/public/html/index.php 目前该在线工具只支持以下几个物种 Human Mouse Zebrafish 在使用时，还需要注意对应的基因组版本。用法比较简单，选择对应的基因组版本，然后上传
