在没联网环境下，启动tomcat出错

使用SSH框架，在联网状况下，项目能够正常运行，当一旦断网，则启动服务器报错：

 org.hibernate.HibernateException: Could not parse configuration: /hibernate.cfg.xml

  Caused by: org.dom4j.DocumentException: Connection timed out: connect Nested exception: Connection timed out: connect

这是指须要修改*.hbm.xml 文件：

将  http://hibernate.sourceforge.net/hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd 替换原来的 hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd 路径
