■Omni-Channel Settings Service控制台下,找到Omni-Channel→Omni-Channel Settings 把Enable Omni-Channel设定为On ■Routing Configurations 新建Routing Configurations,命名为Web_Support, 设定Routing Priority→1  Routing Model→M
