windows环境下使用vs2015编译caffe源代码(CPU ONLY)

首先直接从github下载官方代码，地址https://github.com/BVLC/caffe/tree/windows git clone -b windows https://github.com/BVLC/caffe.git caffe-windows (注意，这里一定要加上 -b windows，只有windows branch 才有后面需要用到的build_windows.cmd)
