bootstrap$你太特别了~

1、说明
Oracle数据库有一个很特殊的基表，你能够把它删除了delete from bootstrap$;
特色：
一、基表（数据字典表）
二、删除数据后，几乎没法发现。
三、数据库重启后报错，没法启动。
四、非业务数据，不会丢失数据。
五、没道德没底线的的DBA，给下一任挖坑用。

2、现象
SQL> select count(*) from bootstrap$;

结果为：0
此事数据库能够正常运行，不影响业务。

SQL> shutdown immediate;
