解决vs2013启动出现“cannot find one or more components .Please reinstall the application”

解决这个问题耗费时间太长，在这里总结一下备忘也希望能对别人有所帮助        之前我对电脑进行了C盘扩充，这里压缩的是E盘，E盘是我的软件盘，哇哦结果C盘扩充是完成了，但是E盘软件是都不能用了，然后就各种装软件。由于要用到c编程，就去启动我的vs2013，就出现这个提示：“cannot find one or more components .Please reinstall the appl
