题目连接：https://codeforces.com/contest/558/problem/Cios 题目大意：给n个数，两种操做，要么*2，要么/2向下取整，求使得全部数字相同的最少操做数c++ 题目思路：对于每一个a[i]，暴力出它能到的全部点和所需步数，易得只有他是奇数时，/2向下取整再不断*2会产生新的没有到过的数字，由此直接暴力便可。最后对于每一个点找一找n个数都能到的最小步
