关于IOException parsing XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml]的解决
在网上搜这个错误解决方案的时候，众说纷纭，都没有找到正确的解决方案直到遇到这位博主的分享： http://blog.csdn.net/prefect2012/article/details/61195453 实际上我并没有用maven,其实重点就一句话，即Could not open ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml]
