当咱们在更新SDK时，经常会遇到Failed to fectch URl https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list.xml, reason: Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused这个问题 android

解决的办法是： fetch

1.打开C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc中的hosts文件， google

添加74.125.237.1 dl-ssl.google.com spa

203.208.46.146 dl.google.com
203.208.46.146 dl-ssl.google.com xml

2.在SDK Manager下Tools->Options打开了SDK Manager的Settings，选中“Force https://… sources to be fetched using http://…”，强制使用http协议。 ssl
