【Tomcat】解决Tomcat启动时报org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

项目为maven+spring+springmvc+mybatis  由于某一个操作,      我就是做了这个操作之后发现启动项目tomcat报错:org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener,  首先我分析,是不是maven依赖没有下载全,结果真的是少spring-context,然后改了一下pom保存一下,maven clean一
