vmware ubantu 【Failed to execute /init Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found】
如图所示问题：init的，内核升级，重启报错。 改了很久，查了许多资料，百度关于这个的解决办法也有，原因大概是如他所说 https://blog.csdn.net/gintamasama/article/details/79078402 我改的 把第一个取消选中即可（第一次按，默认是未选中的，我看我们老师演示的时候是选中的明我也选中了，结果一直有问题，才发现自己的不能选中） 内核重新编译就行了
