在eclipse平台上，通过maven构建web项目时，pom.xml报错web.xml is missing and <failOnMissingWebXml> is set to true

问题：        pom.xml报错：web.xml is missing and <failOnMissingWebXml> is set to true 原因：        因建立的web项目没有webapp目录，没有web.xml配置文件。 解决方法：        选中项目，点击右键，选择Java EE Tools -> Generate Deployment Descriptor
