获取crumbIssuer

1. 在jenkins 

     Configure Global Security勾选CSRF Protection

2. 在浏览器输入以下网址获取

http://<username>:<password>@Jyangxuecun-m.sh.intel.com:8080/crumbIssuer/api/json
