第一次在集群新建  Monitor ，使用 ceph-deploy new {initial-monitor-node(s)} 接下来再添加 Monitor，使用 ceph-deploy mon add {ceph-node} 也可以在一开始就创建3个monitor,不用后面再添加 ceph-deploy new controller1 controller2 compute01  创建集群 如果
