方案1：直接官方下载安装minGw或Cygwin
install

download:

click to install at C:\minGW\

添加路径到环境变量: 右键个人电脑→属性→高级系统设置→环境变量→系统变量
将C:\minGW\bin添加到path中

继续安装gcc-c++,gcc-make:打开C:\minGW\bin，双击.exe文件，在打开的图形界面中勾选须要安装的项

 

方案2：下载安装三方的集成库tdm-gcc

推荐win下好用的C/C++ IDE集成环境CodeBlocks：

方案3：下载安装三方的集成库llvm --- 还没用过，具体有待测试，不过基本的工具都有（lldb, clang, ar...）
