windows下安装gcc/g++

首先下载安装MinGw installation Manager,下载地址：https://osdn.net/projects/mingw/downloads/68260/mingw-get-setup.exe/ 安装后界面如下，可以右键单击要安装的包，选Installation mark,再点菜单栏installation-Apply changes即可安装
