idea启动tomcat出现乱码

版本 IDEA 2019.3 tomcat 8.5.50 只需要一步 方法 先点击Help 然后点击 Edit Custom VM Options 添加 -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 中文就不会乱码了 ！
