IDEA启动tomcat时出现中文乱码解决方案

在启动tomcat时，在run中出现的中文乱码 解决方案： 在tomcat配置下–>Server–>VM options设置为-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 如果没有用，在tomcat配置下–>Startup/Connection中设置JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS 和-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 如果还没用，最终在IDEA的安装目录下找到bin中的idea.exe.
