openstf 使用wifi连接

在windows10 测试的 安装adb 本地连接手机设备, 启动设备的远程端口，通过在powershell,如.\adb.exe tcpip 7401 启动stf，需要带上–allow-remote参数 通过在powershell,如.\adb.exe connect ip:7401 自动会连接成功，全是远程连接的，如下图：
