windows 10系统 上安装scrapy

1.python的安装（我已安装完）

2.pip的安装(我已安装)

 

3.安装twisted

https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#twisted

命令：pip install xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.whl

 

安装Scrapy     

命令： pip install scrapy
