windows上安装Scrapy

Scrapy是一个python系统网络爬虫框架，应用广泛。 通过pip install Scrapy安装，始终提示Unable to find vsvarsdll.bat 通过pip install Twisted ，报同样的错误，没办法，只能通过先下载Twisted扩展库的wheel文件。windows系统wheel网站地址：https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pyt
