最后有必要指出的是（另外一个可能削弱观点的漏洞是）

 

证据可疑：questionable

4. Another assumption short of legitimacy is that ……(unfounded/groundless/doubtful/unconvincing)

另外一个缺少合法性（无故的/无依据的/可疑的/缺少说服力的）的假设是

5.The arguer commits a fallacy of the question in assaying(?) that……

讨论者认可问题的荒谬并分析
