深度学习在老年性黄斑中的分类应用 一、方法与结果总结 1.研究方法 仪器: Heidelberg Spectralis 从OCT数据库中获取图像并链接至EMR(电子病历)中,需要注意的是,我们只取两类对象的图片:健康与AMD(老年性黄斑患者),而且每个患者的OCT断层图像只取中心的11张图像。通过随机数据集训练网络,最终从患者角度、黄斑OCT角度、图像角度建立ROC曲线。 实验结果的好坏由ROC曲
