连接SqlServer报错the driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server 。。。
com.microsoft.sqlserver.sqljdbc4,jdk环境1.8 171及以上会报错，jdk1.8 131 没有问题; 网上大多说是SqlServer驱动问题，如果使用jdk1.8稍高版本的话有可能是jdk版本问题，在https://www.java.com/en/configure_crypto.html有介绍，根据上面说的内容大概意思就是增加了3DES，然后我把3DES加密配
