解决phpstudy mysql 启动不了的问题

1.端口监测php 查看3306 的端口是否被占用，如占用，中止进程html 2.服务没有启动。由于学习python 我把phpstudy的mysql升级到了mysql8.0.python      sc delete mysql  删除已经注册的mysql服务，期间升级mysql时冲突了mysql 再次重启phpstudy 服务，OKsql   转载于:https://www.cnblogs.c
