1.打开  Sublime Text2 

2.Control + '~' 打开控制台

回车 进行安装， 而后重启

4. Command + shift + P 打开 package control 进行安装控件

5.输入 Install Package , ConvertToUTF8/GBK Encoding Support 回车安装

6.安装完 进行重启

2. Browse up a folder and then into the Installed Packages/ folder
3. Download Package Control.sublime-package and copy it into the Installed Packages/ directory
4. Restart Sublime Text
