关于错误信息:java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base XXXX does not exist or 的记录
问题前提：java 服务器上有多个tomcat，对应不一样的端口，而后有多个项目处在同一个文件夹下面，有一个项目从对外的测试tomcat中转移到80端口的tomcat里，项目位置是不变的。而后启动以后就一直处于等待或者干脆404,，查看了logs的日志发现了错误信息。web 错误信息以下：apache java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document bas
