解决方法：在tomcat 里找到~\conf\Catalina\localhost 目录下有个XXXX.xml文件 ，删除xxxx.xml文件重启tomcat 就OK了！ 注：XXXX 就是java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base D:\apache-tomcat-7.0.61\webapps\xxxx does not exist or
