问题：系统不能访问oracle数据库。查看数据库服务器，通过system账户无法正常登陆数据库，显示错误为ORA-12560： TNS：protocol adapter error。排查原因，服务器中有五个与oracle相关的服务没有运行。为什么五个服务同时停止了呢？点击启动，会报如下错误：原因：搭建数据库服务器时曾经创建过一个系统用户oracle2012c。oracle服务需要通过此用户进
