事件 + 存储过程 （基础）

一、事件（可以执行定时任务） 1、create  even  if not exists  Event_Stat_Daily 2、on schedule       表示计划任务 at     时间戳，表示完成单次任务 even 【start/end 时间戳】  表示完成重复任务，时间单位可以是year,month,day,hour,minute,second 3、on  completion
