1. Log on to the Citrix server (directly, not remotely) as Administrator.

2. As Administrator, map w: to \\fileservername\directory\Administrator (using Windows Explorer

or the “net use” command).

3. Open a command prompt, browse to the location of setup.exe, and type this command:

setup /v"SETMULTIUSER=1

MULTIUSERBASEDIR=w:\MULTIUSERCOMMONDIR=c:\Notes\common CITRIX=1"

4. During the installation, select the Multi-user Install option.

5. Step through the install, selecting the defaults or customizing, if desired. If prompted to set

Notes as the default Mail Program, select Yes.
