Java启动异常：The driver has not received any packets from the server
原因：驱动程序没有收到来自服务器的任何数据包，说人话就是数据库服务停止了。 解决：开始->运行，输入 SERVICES.MSC，进入服务管理页面，找到MySQL（我这里用的是MySQL数据库），右键->启动。 end!!!
