连接MySQL数据库时出现The dirver has not received any packets from the server的问题

问题 今天打开IDEA启动项目,然后发现启动完成之后数据在网页上显示不出来,去IDEA控制台查看信息 就爆出来这么一个异常,发现是连接数据库的问题,就这么一句话 The dirver has not received any packets from the server ,翻译过来就是没有收到服务器的数据 查看IDEA中的DataBase 也是什么都没有,出去查看SqlYog也是失败 解决方案
