【SharePoint】设置站点通讯组

需要将"Only senders inside my organization"更改为"Senders inside and outside of my organization",可能是因为在SharePoint中的邮件域名为SharePoint.netapp.local，不是在Exchange中的netapp.local 以上的选项改完之后，才会生成截图中的电子邮件，原因尚不清楚
