PostgreSQL zip压缩包安装使用（Window10环境，PostgreSQL 11.2）

  PostgreSQL 官网下载地址：https://www.postgresql.org/download/sql   选择对应系统->zip archive 如图数据库   命令行移动到解压后目录，初始化数据库：windows bin\initdb -D data -U postgres -A password -E utf8 --locale=C -W服务器 如图：post 命令行参数意义
