Keil编译出现： ArmClang.exe: error: Failed to check out a license.Keil Licensing error: No TOOLS.ini file found **环境：32位系统，win 10；keil 5.25版本，编译器copiler 6.7 **现象：使用编译器编译后出现如下信息 **原因：PC系统更新至windows 10 版本V18
