THINKPHP 读取oracle乱码问题解决方案

测试环境： thinkphp3.1.3  +oracle 11g （1） DbOracle.class.php  找到构造函数  public function __construct($config=''){        putenv("NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1"); 确保putenv 里面填写的是  oracle 的编码，可以自己去查询 （
