xml解析（乱码）报错

关于解析xml时报org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The value of attribute "description" associated with an element type "vars" must not contain the '<' character. 解决办法是：先看xml解析的jar包的编码格式，我的是utf-8 下面在看要解析的文件的编码格式
