一、open  1、Target 为空时，默认打开Base URL上面的地址。 2、Target 为相对路径的时候，打开Base URL上面的地址+Target 相对路径的地址， 即：http://192.168.131.12/Home/Main?UserID=H005396# 3、Target 为绝对路径的时候，直接执行Target的地址，不执行Base URL上面的地址。 即：https://
