IDEA提示“There is no configured/running web-servers found! ”错误

IDEA提示“There is no configured/running web-servers found!，run any web-configuration and hit the Refresh button!”错误 浏览器配置也正确，Tomcat服务也打开了，运行服务后，切换其他浏览器总是提示这个错误，网上找的添加lib文件夹也没用。   自己摸索了下 解决办法亲测可用，我的IDEA版
