tensorflow ckpt.index is not UTF-8 encoded

jupyter中保存tensorflow 模型和权重的时候，路径下生成了一个.index文件
Error! C:\data\titanic\tf_model_weights.ckpt.index is not UTF-8 encoded Saving disabled. See Console for more details.
俨然一副重大错误的样子，可是，jupyter运行时未报错，且模型调用正常。

太厉害了，这竟然是严谨的jupyter的一副“免责声明”，意思就是：这个文件不是用UTF-8编码的，我不知道它是什么，也不知道它怎么打开，我什么都不知道，你要保存那就保存吧（摊手
