wnmp-3.1.0安装cakephp启动失败处理

• 1.php.ini中开启extension=php_intl.dll

#开启此行并重启
extension=php_intl.dll

• 2. 在安装时compser install后报

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: intl: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with build ID=API20160303,NTS,VC15
PHP    compiled with build ID=API20160303,NTS,VC14
#到php的官网中下载php的windows安装压缩包，原来php文件夹更名为php_bak，下载的官方包解压为php文件夹，
#最后将wnmp中的php.ini复制到新的php文件夹中，并重启。
#再composer install下ok了
