删除了Maven默认的.m2/repository，IDEA里面Maven设置了新的local_repository，项目报错：找不到clean、resources等生命周期的插件。试了好多方法，比如setting.xml文件添加阿里源，也没用。后来亲测，对我有效的一种解决方式：先把local_repository仓库里org/apache/maven/plugins里所有插件的.lastup
