用VS2010编写Time类

这样的要求，我要是还不会Qt，就用VS2010编写了一个，先是遇到了这样的报错：error C2678: binary ‘>>’ : no operator found which takes a left-hand operand of type ‘std::istream’ (or there is no acceptable conversion) 我在网上找啊找，没发现答案。最后自己琢磨，
